How to Order
You can browse through the shopping section which is divided by garment category..
When you have found a garment you like, click on the garment that you want.
Fill in your quantity required.
Then click on Add to basket.
To review the items you have selected click on Edit Basket.
When you are happy with the items in your basket click on Checkout.
Simply follow the instructions to complete your purchase.
Your transaction will take place in a secure environment.
A confirmation email will be forwarded to you once the order has been completed.
How To Pay & Security
Prices include 17.5% VAT. We reserve the right to alter prices.
Our online store uses the very latest encryption technology (SSL) to ensure that your transactions with us are private and protected as they travel across the internet. When you proceed to make your purchase, your browser makes a connection to the secure section of our website. Your browser will show a padlock in the bottom right corner to indicate that it has made a secure connection and depending on your browser a window may pop-up to notify you that you are entering this safe area.

- Overseas delivery (europe) - £8.00
- Rest of the World - £12.00
We will endeavour to deliver your goods within 10 working days of receipt of your order. A signature is required upon delivery so please provide an address where someone can sign for the goods. Should we send your order in more than one despatch due to stock availability there is still only one delivery charge.
Deliveries are sent via International Recorded post. Deliveries to non-EU countries will have VAT deducted, there may be local import duties to be paid on receipt of the goods for which we are not liable.
Returns Policy
If you are in any way unhappy with your purchases you may send them back for an exchange or full refund. Please return your purchase to us (in the original condition you received them from us with all packaging and tags intact) within 10 days of receipt using the Returns Form and pre-printed address label provided to: 49 degrees, Hugh Street, Isles of Scilly, St. Mary's, TR21 0PN
If you require an alternative garment please make sure to specify which colour and size you would like. Refunds can only be credited back to the original card that the goods were bought with. Please remember to ask for a Proof of Posting certificate when returning goods to us as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us. Your statutory rights are not affected by these statements.
Please note that refunds bought as gifts can only be given to the original payer, and that if you decide to swap an item we can't stop the payer knowing.
We do not pay for the return postage of overseas items.

General Information
Stock availability
Some of our goods sell much quicker than we could ever anticipate and although we try to re-order goods in time to satisfy demand, unfortunately lead times are annoyingly long. Various stock statuses are shown on our size / colour matrix.
Wash care
Most of our garments are machine washable with the exception of knitwear which is usually Hand Wash only (stated at garment description). Please check the washing instructions carefully before laundering as we cannot be held responsible for incorrect care of the garment.
Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are available for purchase in any of our store or by contacting our customer services team on 01720 423288. We are sorry that we are unable to accept gift vouchers online. You can however, redeem your vouchers in any of our UK stores or alongside a Mail Order purchase.
